Spent five years on Doctor Who Magazine, as strip writer and eventually editor. Has written books on James Bond, Hammer Horror, Quentin Tarantino and Sherlock Holmes (revised second edition of 'Sherlock Holmes On Screen' out June 2004 - go to www.rhbooks.com).
