Mega-City One, 2125 - a vast metropolis where crime spirals out of control. A year ago, Dredd led an investigation on the floating pleasure island of Sin City in an attempt to hunt down the terrorist Ula Danser, who was working with the infamous East-Meg assassin Orlok to spread a fatal virus in Mega-City One. It ended in disaster, with thousands dead, but Orlok was captured and now faces trial for his many crimes against Dredd's city...
